What Would Tetsuo Do?

We were watching some Everwood and one of the characters was in a stressful situation that he handled well. When complimented on his grace under pressure, he responded with:

Is he really the best role model? Because I'll tell you what Tetsuo would do.

He would yell Kaneda's name,

then he'd build himself a robot arm of garbage after the original is amputated by a space laser,

and then he'd turn into a giant blob and destroy the Olympic stadium,

which would probably result in a bit of "swallow the spider to catch the fly" escalation of his situation.
