George Martin talks about the possible Roadmarks series
From the tenor of his response, it's looking more like those phantom Amber series that never come to fruition, but how great would this be?
I am happy Roger is getting any love, not sure how I feel about George spreading himself thinner than he already does. If you ever get bored I don't think you covered Roger's "A Museum Piece". Also, to cover all bases, how was October Night Games? Worth a look?
ReplyDeleteBetter for George to do this, it’ll actually make him happy. He enjoys working on scripts and screenplays way more than he enjoys writing serial novels. At this point people aren’t going to get much more annoyed by the lack of advancement on ASOIAF, and in all likelihood he stands not to increase his rewards but only to anger fans by advancing, if the HBO show’s vague heading is at all accurate.
DeleteI believe you're right about A Museum Piece. I will have a post about October Night Games eventually, but short version, great style and mood, gameplay could be a little bit better.
